1% BETTER ACADEMY

We were tasked with designing a welcome box and custom t-shirt for the 1% Better Academy, the foundation created by Chris Nikic. Partnering with Adidas, the goal was to create a design experience that was bold, memorable, and true to the Academy’s mission of getting 1% better every day.

The welcome box made an immediate statement with a bold phrase printed in large, impactful type. Inside, athletes were greeted with a personalized welcome message making every package feel unique and personal.
 

At the heart of the box was the t-shirt, designed as both a stylish piece of apparel and a carrier of the Academy’s values. The statement on the shirt embodies the shared spirit of inclusion, commitment, and determination championed by both the 1% Better Foundation and Adidas.
 

Through bold typography, thoughtful personalization, and purposeful messaging, this project delivered more than just branded items, it created a tangible expression of the Academy’s vision and partnership with Adidas.
